Data deletion

Goodsy Publisher only connects to our own accounts and does not collect information about other people.

To remove the tool's access to an account, disconnect "Goodsy Publisher" in that platform's settings (for example, on Facebook: Settings > Business integrations; on Instagram: Settings > Website permissions > Apps and websites; on Google: myaccount.google.com > Security > Third-party apps). This revokes the access token straight away, and we delete our stored copy.

To ask us to delete any data we hold, email hello@goodsy.ai with the account name. We reply within 30 days.
